Waterproofing is the process of making an object or structure waterproof or water-resistant so that it remains relatively unaffected by water or resists the ingress of water under specified conditions.

Stress bars are a very effective method of inducing and controlling loads and forces in structures. To allow connections and anchoring, a thread is that runs the length of the bar is installed during the manufacturing process.
We supply and install the full range of stress bars for applications including post tensioning, soil anchorages and rock nails, formwork materials and fixing systems for bridge barriers.
Temporary Movement Joints
Temporary movement joints are commonly used to accommodate shrinkage in concrete slabs.
Traditionally, their construction has been problematic with the use of N20 steel reinforcing bar located in a length of flat ducting to allow movement at a joint. This duct is deformed when inserting the reinforcing bar and this prevents the lateral movement of the slab. Once shrinkage has stabilised, grout is pumped into the ducting, locking the bar in position. It is widely accepted that the performance achieved by these site assembled components is unreliable.
Issues such as these has inspired us to develop a new range of temporary movement joints called TMJ EcoSleeve to suit N20 and N24 bars.
Punching Shear Reinforcement
Punching shear is an important design consideration when thinner slabs will be supported by columns. The slabs need additional reinforcement at their connection points to prevent the columns from penetrating the slab.
We supply a full range of punching shear reinforcement products to mitigate slab penetration.
Post Tensioning Products
Post tensioning, which is a form of prestressing, has several advantages over standard reinforcing steel as it reduces cracking, therefore fewer joints are needed.
Our post tensioning systems includes a range of anchorages, accessories and the necessary equipment to respond to the technical requirements for the construction of building, bridges and other structures.
